Cookie & Tracking Notice — Anteriq Marketing Website
Scope of This Notice
This notice applies only to Anteriq’s public marketing website (the “Marketing Site”) — the informational site you are reading now. It does not apply to the Anteriq application, which is a separate property with its own disclosure: the Anteriq Application Cookie & Local Storage Disclosure.
1. What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are
Cookies are small text files a website can place on your device. They can persist across browser sessions (“persistent cookies”) or expire when you close your browser tab (“session cookies”). Related technologies include browser-native localStorage/sessionStorage and analytics or advertising tags that record how visitors use a site.
2. What This Site Uses
The Marketing Site sets no cookies. It uses no advertising trackers, no fingerprinting technologies, and no session or local storage.
The site uses one analytics provider, Plausible Analytics, to count page views and understand which pages visitors find useful. Plausible is a cookieless, privacy-focused analytics service, and it works differently from conventional analytics in ways that matter here:
- No cookies and no persistent identifiers. Plausible stores nothing on your device and assigns you no identifier that follows you from one visit to the next.
- No cross-site or cross-device tracking. Plausible does not build a profile of you and does not follow you to other websites. Its measurements are isolated to a single day, a single website, and a single device.
- No storage of your IP address. Your IP address and browser user agent are used only in the moment, to derive a one-way hash that lets Plausible recognize a repeat page view within the same day. The secret used to compute that hash is rotated and deleted every 24 hours, and the raw values are never stored.
- Aggregate reporting only. What Anteriq sees is counts: page views, referring sites, browser, operating system, device type, and approximate location derived from your IP address at the country, region, and city level. Anteriq cannot identify you from any of it.
- Served first-party. The analytics script is delivered from this site’s own domain rather than from a third-party server, and no cookies are forwarded to Plausible.
- Data stays in the EU. Plausible processes and stores visitor data on infrastructure located in the European Union.
Plausible’s own description of what it collects is published at plausible.io/data-policy, and the terms under which it processes this data for Anteriq are set out in its Data Processing Agreement.
Separately, the only information this site collects directly is what you choose to type into the early-access request form. That submission is emailed directly to Anteriq and is not sent to Plausible. Our collection and use of it is described in the Website Privacy Policy, not in this notice.
3. No Cookie Banner Is Shown
The Marketing Site stores nothing on your device — no cookies, no local storage, and no identifiers of any kind — and the analytics described in Section 2 work without them. Consent requirements of this kind attach to storing or reading information on your device, so there is nothing here that requires your consent, and no banner appears asking you to accept or decline cookies. If that changes, see Section 6 below.
4. Managing Cookies Through Your Browser
Even though this site does not set cookies itself, your browser lets you control cookies set by any site you visit. Common controls include:
- Block all cookies — prevents any site from setting cookies in your browser.
- Block third-party cookies — prevents cookies set by embedded third-party scripts while still allowing a site’s own cookies.
- Delete existing cookies — removes cookies already stored on your device.
- Receive alerts — prompts you before a cookie is stored.

5. California Privacy Rights
Anteriq does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. There are no advertising or targeting technologies on this site. The analytics described in Section 2 are not used for advertising, are not disclosed to any advertising network, and do not involve cross-context behavioral advertising.
Because no sale, sharing, or targeted advertising takes place on this site, an opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) has nothing to act on when it reaches this site. Anteriq honors such signals where applicable law requires it; on the Marketing Site there is simply no activity for one to stop. For the full description of California privacy rights and how to exercise them, see the Website Privacy Policy.
6. If This Changes
If Anteriq later adds any technology that stores or reads information on your device, that identifies visitors individually, or that is used for advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising, we will update this notice and provide consent controls before that technology is activated, including honoring browser-based opt-out signals where applicable law requires it.
7. Changes to This Notice
We may update this notice from time to time to reflect changes in the technologies we use, applicable law, or our business practices. When we make a material change, we update the “Last updated” date shown with this notice.
